We have all been trained as professionals, and we take pride in our professional capabilities. The information that follows is designed to answer the most common questions and concerns. The more you know, the more we can be of service. If you have any questions please ask since we want to help. New Patients can save time by having the following forms filled-out when arriving for their first visit. Please download each form separately: You will now be able to reach us by phone beginning at 8:30AM to schedule your same day appointments. (Our office hours remain 9AM to 5PM.)
We are now offering NEWBORN CARE CLASSES. The classes are conducted by Melissa Pioreck, RN, and are geared towards newborn parents and expectant parents looking for some extra guidance in feeding, bathing, swaddling and other basic newborn care. The cost is $25.00 per family. The next class will be held on Tuesday, December 1st from 5:30PM to 7:30 PMPlease call our office (770-664-0088) to reserve your place. SATURDAY DECEMBER 5TH FOR THE H1N1 Flu Shot. We are making it available to all children 6
months of age and older and to parents. Parents will incur a $22.00 administration fee.
