If your child has had a two year checkup call to make your appointment for the 30 month well-check. ATTENTION SECONDARY MEDICAID PATIENTS We are aware that you have received information regarding primary care doctors need to be contracted with Medicaid to be able to write prescriptions, submit orders and do referrals. We are working on getting a contract with Medicaid to be able to keep you as patients. We will only be contracted as an OPR provider. This means we will be able to write prescriptions submit orders and do referrals for you. This means you can continue on as a patient at our practice. We will not be billing Medicaid because we are only contracted as an OPR provider. The classes are conducted by Melissa Pioreck, RN, and are geared towards newborn parents and expectant parents looking for some extra guidance in feeding, bathing, swaddling and other basic newborn care. The cost is $25.00 per family.
